Ekurhuleni FMCSA Graduation Ceremony

The Ekurhuleni Conference had a very busy time during the month of March and April as they had to host Graduation and as well as Easter Conventions.

The Free Methodist Church of Southern Africa at Ekurhuleni conference celebrated the Graduation ceremony of their Leadership Theological Seminary students on the 19th of March at Ivory Park circuit Ekurhuleni.

The graduation ceremony took place at Ekurhuleni Ivory Park circuit on Sunday the 19th of March during their first Annual Conference.

The Former Superintendent of the Goldfields Conference Superintendent Rev. SM Mpembe and Superintendent Rev. A. Moyana from Ekurhuleni Conference assisted Bishop SP Chanza in handing over the certificates to all graduates during the ceremony.

The Principal, Dr Ezekiel Ntakirutimana of the Goldfields Leadership Theological Seminary is now undergoing the normal name change process for re-branding purposes. The Seminary has started a process of working towards its accreditation and consultation with other academic institutions is underway. As a result, the Seminar will assist to enrol their graduates in the more formal diploma and degree programmes.

Ekurhuleni is situated in the East Rand Region of Gauteng, a large suburban region East of Johannesburg. The Conference Celebrated Easter Conventions from the 7th to the 9th of April in their respective Regions, the Tembisa, Daveyton and Katlehong Region.

The 7 Saying of Jesus on the cross was shared throughout all the regions and some also shared about the history of FMCSA.

People were sleeping at their homes and attending during the day and other regions disturbed load-shedding during their services.

This is what Superintendent Rev. A Moyana had to say, “We thank the Almighty God for making all things possible, during the Passover events in our respective regions and the resounding success of the launch of the Ekurhuleni conference. With God’s blessings and grace, we were able to make these events a success. Sincere vote of thanks to our Bishop for the well-conducted service of the launch and everyone else who supported and made these events extraordinary. We treasure these memories with profound gratitude.”

They thank God who gave success to all their programs and events during a very busy period.
